    The Exhibition Bible which was on display at the 1936 Texas Centennial Exposition.
    The pamphlet contains information about the famous Exhibition Bible which had been on display at previous world's fairs and expositions.
    The pamphlet gives the history of this particular edition of the Holy Bible and about who and how it was printed and created.  The Exhibition Bible was created for the special purpose of being placed on exhibition to demonstrate the ability of Southern craftsmen.
    According to this pamphlet the Bible "Is now on display at the Texas Centennial Exposition at Dallas, in the Hall of Religion where it is being viewed by thousands of booklovers, artists, typographers, and collectors of rare books."
    The pamphlet measures 10¼" x 7½" when completely unfolded.  When folded into fourths it measures 5" x 3¾"/
    The pamphlet is in very good vintage condition.  It has a tiny pinhole in the very center and slight wrinkling due to age and storage.  The graphics are still clear and the color has not faded.
    This is a very nice pamphlet about The Exhibition Bible which was on display at the 1936 Texas Centennial.  It would be a fine addition to any collection of 1936 Texas Centennial Exposition memorabilia and ephemera.
