    Description

I have for sale a medal from the 1907 Jamestown Exposition, that was held in Norfolk County in Virginia, for the New York Day.  The medal has a top pin back bar that is metal with blue, white & gold enamel.  On the pin it reads NEW YORK DAY - JAMESTOWN EXPOSITION 1607-1907.  The bottom piece is gilted metal and the obverse shows the original coat of arms of the Virginia company of London.  The reverse shows the seal of the state of New York.  The medal was struck by the Whitehead & Hoag company.  This medal is in a high grade circulated condition.  The medal is 2 1/8 inches long and the bottom piece is approximately 1 3/8 inches in diameter.  Please see more in my EBAY STORE at TE Collectables.  (16,975)
