KnuKonceptz Set Screw Input Adapter 4/0-1/0
Sold individually, these Nickel Silver gauge reducers accept one 4/0 or 2/0 gauge wire and step down to a 1/0 gauge size stud. The 4/0 gauge (NOT 4 gauge) is secured by an 10mm Allen set screw.
Installers may choose to add KnuKonceptz 40mm heat shrink (sold separate) over the SSGR0000 to insulate the product in tight locations

How is wire secured to this terminal?
A:
Unscrew the allen screw from the terminal; strip the jacket off of the cable; insert the bare wire into the terminal; tighten the set screw into the terminal, compressing the bare strands of the cable.
Q:
Is there a difference between 0 gauge and 1/0 gauge?
A:
0 gauge and 1/0 gauge are the same thing. 1/0 (one aught) literally means one 0 gauge and written as 1/0. The next step larger would be double aught (2/0). The next smaller in the American Wire Gauge chart would then be 1 gauge.

My amplifier accepts 4 gauge, will this fit?
A:
No, this is gauge reducer is meant to step down 2/0 - 4/0 (00-0000) gauge wire to a 1/0 input. This terminal is for very LARGE wire. If you amp accepts 4 gauge you will need this
