Expo Osaka 1990 Advance Ticket Card Printed Sgiwa 65! nonexistent Japanese Date

Description

lOne used ticket of the International Garden and Greenery Exposition, hold in Osaka Japan, 1990.
It says  4/1 -> 9/30, Showa 65 (1990) , though the Showa  era is until 64.
Because this one was  issued before Showa Emperor demised.
1990 is the same as Heisei 2.
Size about 8.7 x 5.4 cm / 3 & 1/4" X 2 & 1/4".
