Double Open Salt Dish Vintage China Perfect Signed Cactus Flower German ?

Description

Offered for your consideration in this listing is a double open salt dish signed on the bottom though I am not familiar with the mark.  It is the blue mark you see in our photos--not blurry. It really looks like that.
1½" tall X 5"  X  2½"
I believe this is a cactus flower design but please judge for yourself.
