    Description

    2002 Kawasaki KX500 restored as showroom new. A low hour kx500 that was taken to the next level. This is a top level restoration. Every single part either brand new old stock or restored to brand new professionally but mostly NOS . No bolt kits with all wrong length bolts sticking out other side . Bolts , washers , nuts and seals ordered from Kawasaki by part numbers. All parts that were refurbished sent out for professional refinish or body work. No spray paint or armor all. Low hour last generation 2002 kx500 selected to start which alone was expensive. Junk 500cc 2 stokes now 6k and up .Frame powder coated factory green, swingarm painted factory grey by high end shop. Wheels new OEM tasago sent to faster usa for lacing with stainless spokes and hubs blasted and new bearings and new tires . All together that was over 2k .Suspension rebuilt internally by factory connection and exterior parts refinished or replaced by various shops to be perfect about another 1k Brakes were fine but I wanted showroom new so calipers rebuilt with fresh seals new OEM pads and bought new OEM rotors and brake lines which are out of production and expensive from overseas about 1k there .OEM chain and sprockets Motor ran great and low end bearing had zero play but wanted it perfect with full power so threw out a perfectly fine piston and sent out top end for weisico forged piston and fresh cylinder plating . Also had them gap rings correctly and had power-valves and cylinder blasted and valves put back in correctly. Another 1k .The only parts not OEM are plastic, radiators and oil drain bolt. Bolt not OEM size but works fine but wasn’t worth new cases for a Kawasaki bolt head under bike.If you add up the cost of all the new old stock parts and services you can’t build this bike for less . Never mind the insane amount of hours searching for new parts , polishing and installing. There are no titles for dirt bikes in NH and is sold with a bill of sale. I will assist with shipping worldwide.Build has zero hours and no fluids at all so can be air shipped . If buyer is in usa I will put in fluids and get it running if wanted. I take wire transfers ,TD bank cashiers check or cash only to avoid all the scammers out there. Other than cash bike not released until my local TD bank tells me funds cleared . I recommend forward air out of usa and haul bikes in usa for shipping
