The American Clipper is an awesome vintage motorhome!  It has a full fiberglass body and is built very well!   This is a two owner motorhome and it has been well kept over the years!  It has 86k original miles.  The undercarriage is clean and it is mechanically sound.  There are no leaks or issues with the chassis, motor, or tranny.  It comes
with an operational built in generator.
All of the glass is in tact without any cracks.
The body is in great shape as well with no prior damage!
It has very nice Alcoa aluminum wheels.
The tires are due for replacement. Recent work completed includes a new roof vent cover, new transmission pan gasket, and full inspection.
The interior is mostly all original.  It has a large over the cab bed, convertible sofa, and convertible dinette.  It will sleep 6.  It also has a dry bath with separate shower and toilet area.  This is a fantastic layout!  All appliances and systems have been tested
and
are all functioning
properly.  The fridge and microwave have been
recently replaced.  The water system and lp system are leak free.
It has the original double stainless steel sink.  The interior cabinetry has been painted white.  The dash A/C and roof A/C are both
operational.
