    Circa 1850s cut cobalt blue to clear glass open salt with a .813 silver base. It stands 3.5" with a top measurement of 3".  Marked “Ehrenberg 13" by bottom screw. The 13 loth mark used in Austria Hungary during the mid 19th century translates to 813 silver purity. Couple tiny fleabites to the glass.
